In this 3 week self-paced mastercourse, we will go on a deep dive into why you're impacted by Imposter Syndrome, and how to reduce and/or eliminate Imposter Syndrome all together. Week 1 we dive into themes, characteristics, archetypes and cycles of Imposter Syndrome and identifying how this impacts you directly. Week 2 we dive into what Imposter Syndrome actually is from an unconscious perspective, as well as a variety of concepts, perspectives and mindset shifts that are imperative towards overcoming Imposter Syndrome. Week 3 we dive into the tangible and practical strategies you can implement into your day to day life. Each week holds multiple trainings that accumulates to 3 hours worth of content as well as downloadable workbooks to further explore these teachings through exercises.
